Terms and Conditions Product Conditions: All of our products are categorized under one of five grading types. The grading conditions are as follows: New Product is just as it would be found in a retail store, with all manufacturer original accessories, parts and manuals. Sealed in its original carton/packaging. New, Box Damage product is the same as “New Product” however the original packaging may exhibit some signs of shelf wear, edge wear, sticker defacing or general cosmetic packaging issues. The product inside the box has still been tested to ensure full functionality and performs to its original factory specifications. Reconditioned Items have been processed. This means the primary product has been inspected cosmetically, and technically to ensure all primary, secondary, tertiary and above (if applicable) functions are in accordance to their original manufacturer specifications. Further, any product that maintains a data storage device will be thoroughly cleaned and restored* to fully functioning units with original factory settings. All units are then cleaned/sanitized and re-accessorized to manufacturer specification. These items are shipped in the original packaging when possible, but in some cases may come in repackaged boxes which we would refer to as “Brown Box” or “White Box” items, when the original box is not suitable for shipment. (Severe shelf wear, edge wear or box fatigue from previous transportation). Reconditioned products are graded into 3 main categories. Grade A is next to new product, and exhibits little to no use. Grade B product may exhibit slight signs of minor use such as a small scuff mark/scratch outside the viewing area. Grade C product exhibits moderate to heavy signs of use. No product will ever have signs of use that would inhibit the proper functionality / use of the item. Plug and Play products are taken out of their original box and tested to ensure functionality of their primary functionality. Unlike reconditioned items, open box / plug and play items are not repaired in any way. In most cases, these items are shipped in the original manufacturer’s packaging, however, since the box has been opened previously, it may be slightly worn in appearance and will be re-taped. Plug and Play product can range in cosmetic appearance from no signs of use / brand new to, minor use such as a small scuff mark/scratch outside the viewing area, to moderate / heavy signs of use. Since a portion of our open box items were customer returns, it is possible that some accessories may be missing from the box. As Is These items are not tested or powered on to ensure functionality. From previous experience, a vast majority of as-is product is fully functional. As-is items may have scratches, minor defects, or missing components and accessories. This is reflected in the deeply discounted price for these items. *All products labeled “Reconditioned” have undergone extensive testing and cleaning. The majority of these items are determined “No Fault Found” (NFF) or “No Trouble Found” (NTF) after initial testing meaning that the unit is in perfect working order and no repair/refurbishment is needed. Shipping All orders will be shipped within three business days after payment clears. TRG warehouses are closed on weekends and holidays, and will ship the next available business day. All orders ship via UPS ground unless otherwise stated in the listing. We only ship to locations within the contiguous United States (48 mainland states) We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We DO NOT combine shipments for multiple purchases. Items that are marked as shippable cannot be changed to pickup
